Carcloud communicates with your existing reservation software for vehicle availability, pricing and reservations. If there is an issue with the reservation software configuration, this will display errors on your website.
To help with this, we’ve released a new logging feature. This allows you to see exactly what’s happening when your Carcloud car rental website communicates with your reservation software.
It is only available on your staging website (the website you and your team login to) and you must be logged-in to view logs.
If any of your customers report issues on your public website, your team can attempt to duplicate these in-house and view the logs.
This can help you identify and resolve reservation software issues – either by changing your configuration or by speaking with your reservation software provider.
