CarPro is the system of record. Carcloud reads rates, availability, locations, vehicle categories and extras from CarPro, and writes reservations, modifications and cancellations back. Rates are defined in CarPro; the experience around each rate, meaning booking flow, messaging, terms and payment method, is defined in Carcloud. Your team can view real-time logs of your own bookings in the Carcloud admin panel and use them to diagnose reservation software issues without waiting on a developer. Carcloud also keeps its own logs of every API rate request, quote, booking, issue and response time, which our support team can access to support you. The connection is maintained by Carcloud and guaranteed for the life of the customer relationship.
